For the fiscal year 2024 and beyond, in order to further enhance the redistribution of profits to shareholders, we will increase the dividend payout ratio from 40% to 50%. In addition, to provide stable dividends, we will adopt dividend on equity ratio (DOE), which is less sensitive to single-year operating results as the shareholder return indicator. The guide line for pay out dividends is based on the amount calculated using the payout ratio (consolidated) of 50% or the DOE of 3%, whichever is higher.
