We provide high quality manufacturing services and support individual customization.
Elematec has one domestic processing service base and two overseas processing service bases to manufacture customized and module products that have been planned, developed and designed for each customer based on the customer's product development information and the latest technological information gathered through our worldwide network of bases.
In addition to in-house factories, we also provide customized and module products (as well as finished products [ODM]) in cooperation with technologically advanced, cost-competitive contract manufacturers located in Japan and overseas. We have constructed a global supply chain based on our understanding of information, technology, and manufacturing.
Value to be provided to customers
Product provision involving small quantities and many varieties
The Group has one processing service base in Japan and two overseas. By having our own processing service bases, we are able to manufacture customized products and module products that are planned, developed and designed individually for each customer and thereby provide products which are tailored to customer needs when it comes to elements such as dealing with manufacturing of a wide variety of products in small quantities.
Extensive connections with contract manufacturers/h3>
In addition to in-house factories, the Group also teams up with contract manufacturers in Japan and overseas who have excellent technologies and cost competitiveness to undertake planning, development, and design. Furthermore, we have been putting into practice a style of management that is like a fabless manufacturer (like a manufacturer with no plants). With more than 7,000 suppliers, it is possible to manufacture products with complex designs by selecting the most appropriate contract manufacturer for each instance.
Provision spanning from materials and parts to finished products (ODM)
The Group has constructed a global supply chain based on our understanding of information, technology, and manufacturing. In cooperation with in-house factories and contract manufacturers, we can provide not only materials and parts, but also a wide variety of products spanning from customized products and module products to finished products (ODM).
