These emails can be identified by the use of sender addresses that do not originate from our official domain, “@elematec.com.”
In particular, they falsely claim to be job offer notifications and attempt to collect personal or banking information through replies or web forms.
Please note that these emails are fraudulent and have no connection whatsoever with our company.
If you receive such an email, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:
- Check not only the sender’s name but also the email address (domain). If it does not match “@elematec.com,” it may be a spoofed email. Please be aware that “@elematecusa.com” is also a spoofed domain.
- Do not respond to these emails, open any attachments, click on any links, or enter any information into forms.
Engaging with such emails may result in fraud, data breaches, or malware infections.
