2.Details of Organizational Reform
To optimize our sales structure, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen customer responsiveness, and bolster global expansion efforts, we will implement organizational changes effective April 1, 2026. Specifically, Overseas Department will be dissolved, and it’s “Overseas Sales Group Ⅰ” will be restructured under Sales Division as "Overseas Sales Group." Similarly, “Overseas Sales Group Ⅱ”will be restructured under Sales Division as "Head Office Sales Group Ⅳ."
